“Fort Bragg is our fifth duty station, and this area is our forever home!” says Monica.
As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, Monica is focused on serving both home buyers and sellers and helping take the stress out of each process.
“I knew I wanted to be in real estate after my husband and I bought our first home,” she says. “Purchasing a home was one of the biggest and most important decisions in our lives. I realized that I wanted to be the one to help families find a special place to call home.”
Monica was born and raised in Southern California. Prior to real estate, she worked in the retail business, as well as holding down the fort as a full-time mom and wife, “supporting my husband in his military career.” The couple are parents to daughter, Faith, and a son, Samuel Jr.
Along with many military families, the Worths gather to worship at Veritas Church, which is located in Fayetteville’s Freedom Christian Academy. Monica enjoys volunteering for various causes and helping where needed.
In her free time, Monica enjoys CrossFit workouts and spending time outdoors with her family. Camping, hiking and fishing are favorite pastimes.
